摘 要:为了提高镁合金表面性能,采用多弧离子镀技术在AZ31镁合金表面制备TiAlCrN涂层,研究基体偏压对TiAlCrN涂层结构和性能的影响。结果表明:在偏压为100 V时,制备的TiAlCrN涂层表面大颗粒数量较少且均匀细小,涂层表面质量较高。随着偏压增大,TiAlCrN涂层的硬度和结合力先增加后降低,当偏压为100 V时TiAlCrN涂层的显微硬度和膜基结合力达到最高,分别为2634.5 HV和26.4 N。随着偏压增加,TiAlCrN涂层试样氧化增重率先减少再增加,在偏压为100 V时,氧化增重率最低,TiAlCrN涂层高温抗氧化性能最佳。在偏压为100V时,TiAlCrN涂层有最小的腐蚀电流密度4.286×10^(-7)A·cm^(-2),涂层的耐腐蚀性能最佳。在适当的偏压下可以获得致密均匀的涂层,涂层的耐腐蚀性能得到了提高。In order to improve the surface properties of magnesium alloy,TiAlCrN coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy was prepared by multi-arc ion plating.The effect of substrate bias voltage on the structure and properties of TiAlCrN coating was studied.The results show that when the bias voltage is 100 V,the amount of large particles on the surface of TiAlCrN coating is small,uniform and fine,and the surface quality of the coating is high.With the increase of bias voltage,the hardness and adhesion of TiAlCrN coating first increase and then decrease.When the bias voltage is 100 V,the microhardness and film-based adhesion of TiAlCrN coating reach the maximum of 2634.5 HV and 26.4 N respectively.With the increase of bias voltage,the oxidation weight gain of TiAlCrN coating samples decreases first and increases.When the bias voltage is 100 V,the oxidation weight gain rate is the lowest,and the oxidation resistance of TiAlCrN coating at high temperature is the best.When the bias voltage is 100 V,the TiAlCrN coating has a minimum corrosion current density of 4.286×10^(-7)A·cm^(-2),the corrosion resistance of the coating is the best.A dense and uniform coating can be obtained with appropriate bias voltage,and the corrosion resistance of the coating is improved.
