摘 要:目的:研究北青龙衣二氯甲烷萃取部位的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、中压液相色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等方法对北青龙衣进行分离纯化,随后依据理化性质及MS、NMR等波谱数据,对所分离出的化学成分开展结构鉴定工作。结果:从北青龙衣药材中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲氧基胡桃醌(1)、2,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(2)、4-甲氧基-5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(3)、(4S)-4,8-二羟基-1-四氢萘酮(4)、gingerenone A(5)、枫杨醌(6)、Platycary A(7)、Platycary D(8)、算盘子酮(9)、圣草素(10)、芹菜素(11)、6,5′-二异戊烯基槲皮素(12)。结论:化合物5、7、8、9、10为首次从北青龙衣中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical components of the dichloromethane extract area of Northern Walnut Peel.Methods:The separation and purification of the chemical components from Northern Walnut Peel were carried out using silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,medium-pressure liquid chromatography,and semipreparative high-performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the isolated compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data(MS,NMR).Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from Northern Walnut Peel,including 3-methoxyjuglone(1),2,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(2),4-methoxy-5-hydroxy-1-tetralone(3),(4S)-4,8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone(4),gingerenone A(5),maplestone(6),Platycary A(7),Platycary D(8),pseudoginsengone(9),Saintgrassin(10),apigenin(11),6,5'-diisoprenylquercetin(12).Conclusion:Compounds 5,7,8,9,and 10 were first isolated from Northern Walnut Peel.
