柴胡化学成分、药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物预测

摘　　要：柴胡为伞形科植物柴胡或狭叶柴胡的干燥根,属解表药,药用历史悠久。本文通过综述相关文献,发现柴胡主要含柴胡皂苷类、挥发油类、黄酮类等化学成分,具有抗炎、清热、抗抑郁、护肝、抗肿瘤等药理作用,主要作用于人体免疫系统、消化系统、呼吸系统等。同时在植物亲缘性、化学成分特有性、药理作用、入血成分等方面对柴胡质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行预测分析,初步推断柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d等皂苷类、挥发油类以及黄酮类成分可作为柴胡质量标志物。Bupleuri Radix is the dried root of bupleurum or narrow leaf bupleurum of umbelliferaceae.It is a kind of antipyretic and has a long history of medicinal use.This paper reviews relevant literature and finds that Bupleuri Radix mainly contains chemical components such as saikosides,volatile oils,and flavonoids,with pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,heat-clearing,antidepressant,hepatoprotective,and antitumor activities.These effects primarily target the immune system,digestive system,and respiratory system.In addition,this paper conducts a predictive analysis of Bupleuri Radix′s quality markers(Q-Markers)in terms of plant phylogeny,chemical component specificity,pharmacological actions,and blood-circulating components.Preliminary results suggest that saikosides such as saikoside a and saikoside d,volatile oils,and flavonoids can be used as quality markers for Bupleuri Radix.
