摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖片联合美洛昔康片治疗早期膝骨关节炎疼痛患者疗效及对患者血清炎症因子、疼痛介质的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月在浙江省衢州市人民医院疼痛科接受治疗的100例早期膝骨关节炎疼痛患者,回顾性收集和整理其病历资料,根据治疗方案不同分为2组,其中对照组50例接受美洛昔康片治疗,观察组50例接受硫酸氨基葡萄糖片联合美洛昔康片治疗。治疗3个月后比较2组疗效、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、西大略和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]及疼痛介质[前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)]水平。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率96.0%高于对照组78.0%(χ^(2)=4.111,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、WOMAC指数较对照组低(t=6.820、5.558,P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平较对照组低(t=13.591、10.206、7.264,P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清PGE_(2)、SP、5-HT及DA水平较对照组低(t=14.823、13.508、15.051、11.639,P均<0.05)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖片联合美洛昔康片治疗早期膝骨关节炎疼痛患者疗效显著,可有效缓解关节疼痛,降低炎症因子及疼痛介质水平。Objective To exploring the efficacy of glucosamine sulfate tablets combined with meloxicam tablets in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis pain patients and their effects on serum inflammatory factors and pain mediators.Methods A total of 100 patients with early knee osteoarthritis pain who received treatment at Quzhou People′s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and their case data were retrospec-tively collected and organized.These patients were divided into a control group(50 cases,treated with meloxicam tablets)and an observation group(50 cases,treated with glucosamine sulfate tablets combined with meloxicam tablets)based on different treatment regimens.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores,serum inflamma-tory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],and pain mediators[prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),substance P(SP),serotonin(5-HT),dopamine(DA)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate(96.0%)in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(78.0%)(χ^(2)=4.111,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and WOMAC index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.820,5.558,all P<0.05);and the serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=13.591,10.206,7.264,all P<0.05).Additionally,the serum levels of PGE_(2),SP,5-HT,and DA in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group(t=14.823,13.508,15.051,11.639,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glucosamine sulfate tablets and meloxicam tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with early knee os-teoarthritis pain,which can effectively alleviate joint pain,reduce levels of inflammatory factors and pain mediators.
