数字化视角下县域老年医疗服务高质量发展研究

摘　　要：目前,我国已处于中度老龄化阶段。为了更好地满足老年群体日益多样化和复杂化的医疗需求,持续提升县域医疗服务质量已成为当前亟待解决的问题。文章从老年人的疾病特点、居住特点和健康素养特点三个方面,探讨了农村老年群体对县域医疗服务的具体需求。基于此,文章提出优化医疗资源配置,提升老年医学医疗服务能力,建立老年友善医疗机构,利用数字化赋能老年医疗服务,提升老年人的健康素养等策略,以积极应对人口老龄化,让广大老年人老有所养、病有所医。Currently,China has been in the stage of moderate aging.In order to better meet the increasingly diverse and complex medical needs of the elderly,continuously boosting the quality of county-level medical services has become an urgent issue to be solved.To this end,the article explores the specific needs of rural elderly from three aspects:diseases,housing characteristics,and health literacy and proposes strategies such as optimizing the allocation of medical resources,improving elderly medical service capacity,establishing elderly-friendly medical institutions,empowering medical services through digitalization,and enhancing the health literacy of the elderly,so as to actively respond to the aging population make sure that elderly people can enjoy their rights to adequate care and medical treatment.
