积极老龄化背景下的农村老年人数字素养提升路径

摘  要:在数字化和老龄化并行发展的背景下,提升老年人的数字素养是实施积极应对人口老龄化战略的重要举措。基于此,文章聚焦农村老年人群体,以数字产品使用情况为切入点,深入分析了农村老年人在数字技能、安全意识、学习能力和社交能力等方面的现状。调查结果表明,农村老年人在操作技能、网络安全认知、自主学习意愿方面存在不足。对此,文章提出采取专项培训、场景模拟等方式提升农村老年人的基本操作技能;采用多元化宣传和案例警示,增强农村老年人的网络安全意识;建立激励机制并优化评估体系,激励农村老年人自主提升数字素养,以提高该群体的数字素养,进而缩小城乡老年群体之间的数字鸿沟,增强农村老年人的价值感、融入感和幸福感。In the context of digitalization and an aging society,enhancing the digital literacy of the elderly is an important initiative to actively respond to an aging population.In view of this,taking the use of digital products as an example to analyze the current status of rural elderly in terms of their digital skills,safety awareness,learning ability and social skills.The survey results indicate that elderly people have deficiencies in operational skills,cybersecurity awareness and willingness to learn autonomously.In this regard,the article proposes to enhance the basic operational skills of rural elderly people through special training,scenario simulation and other methods;adopting diversified publicity and warnings to enhance cybersecurity awareness;establish incentive mechanisms and optimize evaluation systems to encourage elderly people to independently improve their digital literacy,thereby narrowing the digital divide between urban and rural elderly,enhancing their sense of value,integration and happiness.
