基于SWOT-PEST的粤港澳大湾区教育融合路径研究——以F大学和T大学合作办学项目为例

摘　　要：近年来,粤港澳大湾区以教育合作为先导,对推进大湾区教育、科技、人才体制机制的一体化改革,整合优质资源,深化协同发展起重要作用。广东省加强顶层设计,研究出台了一系列教育对外开放的文件,切实按照“中央要求”“港澳所需”“广东所能”的原则,积极推进粤港澳大湾区教育协同创新发展。文章以F大学(广东高校)与T大学(港澳高校)合作举办的翻译专业本科教育项目为研究对象,运用SWOT-PEST分析法构建了矩阵模型,分析了F大学-T大学合作办学项目的外部宏观环境和内部微观环境,探讨了粤港澳大湾区高校合作办学的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,以期促进粤港澳大湾区的融合和高质量发展。In recent years,the Greater Bay Area has prioritized education cooperation,which plays an important role in promoting the integrated reform of education,technology,and talent system mechanisms,integrating high-quality resources and ensuring coordinated development.Guangdong Province has strengthened top-level design,issued a series of documents on opening up education to the outside world,in order to facilitate the coordinated development of education in accordance with the principles of"central government's requirements","needs of Hong Kong and Macao",and"capabilities of Guangdong".In this context,taking the undergraduate translation project jointly organized by F University(Guangdong University)and T University(Hong Kong and Macao University)as an example,the thesis employs SWOT-PEST analysis method to construct a matrix model to analyze the external macro environment and internal micro environment of the project.It further explores the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of university cooperation in education,in order to accelerate the integration and high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.
