棒状导电粉对PP/PS共混物相态结构的影响

摘  要:以硬脂酸钠改性的棒状导电粉(MCNR)为填料,采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)/MCNR(PP_(x)/PS)共混物。利用黏弹比模型预测了PP_(x)相和PS相在共混密炼的加工条件下双连续结构的形成规律,及PP_(x)和PS在质量比为1~1.5时形成的双连续结构。采用MCNR质量分数为0.375的PP_(0.6)与PS共混,调控了m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)的值,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了系列PP_(0.6)/PS共混物的相态结构演变规律,同时分析了PP_(0.6)/PS共混物的结晶行为、流变行为和热稳定性,表征了PP_(0.6)/PS共混物的力学性能和导电性能。结果表明,当m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)=3:7时,复合材料的力学性能最佳,其中,拉伸强度为365 MPa,冲击强度为5.32 kJ/m^(2);而当m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)=3:7时,复合材料的电阻率显著下降,其中,体积电阻率为2.34×10^(6)Ω·cm,表面电阻率为3.84×10^(8)Ω。结果表明,导电PP_(x)/PS共混物在永久抗静电领域具有潜在的应用前景。The Polypropylene(PP)/Polystyrene(PS)blend(PP_(x)/PS)with MCNR as a filler was prepared by melt blending method,in which the sodium stearate modified conductive rod-shaped powder(MCNR)was used.The formation mechanism of the bicontinuous structure of the PP_(x)phase and PS phase in the blending and compounding process was predicted using the viscoelasticity ratio model,as well as the dual continuous structure formed by PP_(x)and PS in a mass ratio of 1~1.5.A blend of PP 0.6 with a mass fraction of 0.375 MCNR and PS was selected,and the m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)ratio was controlled to investigate the morphological evolution of a series of PP_(0.6)/PS blends using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Meanwhile,the crystallization behavior,rheological behavior,and thermal stability of the PP_(0.6)/PS blends were studied,characterizing the mechanical and electrical properties of the PP_(0.6)/PS blends.The results showed that the mechanical properties would reach an optimal value with m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)=3:7,which exhibited the tensile strength of 365 MPa and impact strength of 5.32 kJ/m^(2).In the case of electrical properties,the volume and surface resistivity of the PP_(0.6)/PS(m_(PP_(0.6)):m_(PS)=3:7)composite would be observably decreased to 2.34×10^(6)Ω·cm and 3.84×10^(8)Ω,respectively.This work provided a potential engineering plastic with permanent antistatic performances and improved mechanical properties.
