聚丙烯非织造布亲水改性工艺及抗菌处理

摘  要:为了改善聚丙烯(PP)非织造布的亲水能力并赋予其抗菌性能,通过异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐(MO-4PK)对聚丙烯非织造布进行亲水改性,并用自主研发的有机硅季铵盐(QAS)进行抗菌整理。研究了亲水剂和不同抗菌剂浓度对聚丙烯非织造布的力学性能和透气性的影响。利用扫描电镜和傅里叶红外光谱对改性PP非织造布表面的形貌结构和化学组成进行表征,通过接触角、抗菌测试分析了改性后PP非织造布的亲水性和抗菌性能。结果表明,亲水改性后的聚丙烯非织造布接触角由原来的(98.5±2)°下降至(25±2)°,亲水性显著提升,并且5%QAS抗菌剂整理的PP非织造布对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达97%以上。In order to improve the hydrophilic ability of polypropylene(PP)nonwovens and endow them with antibacterial properties,the PP nonwovens were modified by isomeric tri decanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate potassium salt(MO-4PK),and the independently developed quaternary ammonium salt(QAS)was used for antibacterial finishing.The effects of hydrophilic and different antibacterial concentrations on the mechanical properties and air permeability of PP nonwovens were investigated.The morphological structure and chemical composition of modified PP nonwovens surface were characterized,and the hydrophilic and antibacterial properties of modified PP nonwovens were analyzed by contact angle and antibacterial testing.The results showed that the contact angle of PP nonwovens modified after hydrophilic modification decreased from(98.5±2)°to(25±2)°,the hydrophilicity increased significantly,and the antibacterial rate of PP nonwovens packed with 5%QAS antibacterial agent was over 97%against E.coli and S.aureus.
