摘 要:利用稀土改性剂WOT处理α增刚成核剂,并对无规共聚聚丙烯B4801进行改性。试验表明,采用稀土改性剂对成核剂进行预处理,可以进一步提高成核剂的分散性,增加体系的结晶位点,从而提高成核效率。在成核剂和其他助剂含量固定的无规共聚聚丙烯B4801中,稀土改性剂WOT可以将氧化诱导期由3 min提高到7 min,透明度由39.5%提升到45.2%,α晶含量由66.59%提升到73.4%,同时进一步改善其耐热性和力学性能。利用莫志深法对各配方体系进行非等温结晶动力学研究,通过曲线拟合和计算发现,达到80%相对结晶度所需时间的F(T)值由1.39下降到1.35,这表明,在非等温结晶过程中,稀土改性剂WOT处理后的成核剂能有效地提高结晶速率。Theα-nucleating agent was treated by rare earth modifier WOT and the polypropylene random copolymer B4801 was modified.Experiments showed that the use of rare earth modifier to pretreat the nucleating agent could further improve the dispersion of the nucleating agent and increase the crystallization sites of the system,thereby improving the nucleation efficiency.In the polypropylene random copolymer B4801 with a fixed content of nucleating agent and other additives,the rare earth modifier WOT could increase the oxidation induction period from 3 min to 7 min,the transparency from 39.5%to 45.2%,and theα-crystal content from 66.59%to 73.4%,while further improving its heat resistance and various mechanical properties.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of each formula system was studied by Mo method.After curve fitting and calculation,it was found that the F(T)value of the time required to reach 80%relative crystallinity decreased from 1.39 to 1.35,indicating that in the non-isothermal crystallization process.The nucleating agent treated by rare earth modifier WOT could effectively improve the crystallization rate.
