酯交换抑制剂对PC/PET合金材料性能的影响

摘  要:分别选用磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三苯酯、焦磷酸二氢二钠作为聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的酯交换抑制剂,使用双螺杆挤出机制备PC/PET合金材料。研究了4种酯交换抑制剂对材料的流动性、力学性能以及热性能的影响。DSC测试表明,这4种酯交换抑制剂的加入均导致PC和PET的玻璃化转变温度差值降低,同时,降低了PET树脂的结晶度。酯交换抑制剂的加入提高了材料的熔体质量流动速率、拉伸强度和弯曲强度,降低了材料的缺口冲击强度。磷酸三苯酯和亚磷酸三苯酯在抑制酯交换反应的同时,具有增塑作用,使材料的热变形温度降低。磷酸二氢钠和焦磷酸二氢钠作为酯交换抑制剂分别使材料的热变形温度提升至99.9、98.4℃。添加0.3%焦磷酸二氢二钠的材料综合性能较好,其冲击强度为16.8 kJ/m^(2),热变形温度为98.2℃。Sodium dihydrogen phosphate,triphenyl phosphate,triphenyl phosphite,and disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate were selected as transesterification inhibitors for polycarbonate and polyethylene terephthalate.Using twin screw mechanism prepared PC/PET alloy.The effects of four transesterification inhibitors on the flowability,mechanical properties and thermal properties of materials were studied.The DSC showed that the addition of these four transesterification inhibitors reduced the difference of glass transition temperature between PC and PET,and reduced the crystallinity of PET resin.The addition of transesterification inhibitors improved the melt flow rate,tensile strength and bending strength of materials but reduced the notch impact strength.Triphenyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphite have plasticizing effect,reducing the heat distortion temperature of the material.Sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate as transesterification inhibitors increased the thermal deformation temperature of the materials to 99.9℃and 98.4℃respectively.The addition of 0.3%disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate material had the best comprehensive performance,impact strength was 16.8 kJ/m^(2),hear distortion temperature was 98.2℃.
