摘 要:茶多酚为茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,具有抑菌、防紫外线、消(氨)臭等功效。利用茶多酚对壳聚糖改性棉织物进行浸染,分析茶多酚多功能服用织物开发的可行性。结果表明,浸染过程中,茶多酚保持着结构的独立性。在pH值为7、温度为50℃、时间为60 min的工艺条件下,耐日晒色牢度、耐水洗色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度均随着茶多酚的含量与织物质量比值(o.w.f浓度)的增加而增大,当茶多酚o.w.f浓度超过6%时,耐水洗色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度呈下降的趋势;当茶多酚o.w.f浓度为6%时,浸染织物的微观形貌较好,耐日晒色牢度、耐水洗色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度均能达到4级以上,抗菌率大于72%,UPF值大于38,消臭率大于86%。因此,利用茶多酚浸染壳聚糖改性棉织物,开发多功能服用织物具有较强的可行性。Tea polyphenols were the general name of polyphenols in tea with properties of antibacterial,anti-ultraviolet,anti-odor(ammonia)and so on.Tea polyphenol was used to dye chitosan modified cotton fabric,and the feasibility of developing tea polyphenol multifunctional fabric was discussed.The results showed that the tea polyphenols was maintained their structural independence during the dyeing process.Under the conditions of pH value 7,temperature 50℃and time 60 min,the color fastness to sun,water and friction were increased with the increasing of the ratio of the amount of tea polyphenols to the weight of the fabric(o.w.f concentration),and the color fastness to water and friction were both decreased when the o.w.f concentration of tea polyphenol exceeded 6%.When the concentration of tea polyphenol o.w.f was 6%,the micro-morphology of the impregnated fabric was good,and the color fastness to sun,water and friction were above grade 4,the antibacterial rate was over 72%,the UPF value was over 38,and the deodorization rate was over 86%.The comprehensive analysis was showed that it was feasible to develop multifunctional fabric modified by chitosan impregnated with tea polyphenol.
