摘  要:将自制的协效阻燃剂Co-OSA与TPU/EVA膨胀阻燃体系熔融共混,制备了TPU/EVA共混体系,研究了Co-OSA的添加量对体系力学性能、阻燃性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,Co-OSA添加后,体系表面平整光滑;此时,平衡扭矩和溶体流动速率分别下降7.12%、提高17.9%。SEM显示,Co-OSA的添加提高了体系相容性;随着Co-OSA添加量的增加,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及氧指数均呈先上升后下降的趋势;当Co-OSA的添加量为0.6%时,体系综合性能较好,此时,体系的氧指数为31.5%,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为14.7 MPa、364.8%。The TPU/EVA blended system was prepared by melting and blending with the self-made co-effect flame retardant Co-OSA and TPU/EVA expansion flame retardant system,focusing on the effect of Co-OSA on the processing performance of the system,and the effects of Co-OSA addition on the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and micromorphology of the system were studied.The results showed that the addition of Co-OSA made the surface of the system smooth and smooth.At this time,the equilibrium torque and melt flow rate decreased by 7.12%and increased by 17.9%,respectively.SEM showed that the addition of Co-OSA improved system compatibility;With the increase of Co-OSA addition,the tensile strength,elongation at break and oxygen index all increased first and then decreased.When the amount of Co-OSA added was 0.6%,the comprehensive performance of the system was better,the oxygen index of the system was 31.5%,the tensile strength and elongation at break was 14.7 MPa and 364.8%,respectively.
