摘  要:通过种子乳液聚合合成不同结构特性的甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS),以其为相容剂,将其与聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)熔融共混制备PC/ABS/MBS共混体系,研究了不同结构特性MBS对PC/ABS/MBS共混体系性能及微观形态的影响。结果表明,加入MBS后,产生了PC、ABS的界面张力使相容性增大。随着MBS粒径的增大,共混体系的力学性能显著提升。在MBS外壳中引入丙烯酸丁酯单体(BA),当BA含量达到7.5%时,经过测试其冲击强度可以达到498.05 J/m,此时力学性能较好,且熔体流动速率随着BA含量的增加而降低,且冲击断面存在显著的塑性流动现象,增加其能量吸收机制。Methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(MBS)with different structural properties was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization,and the PC/ABS/MBS blend was prepared by melting and blending with polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS).The results showed that the addition of MBS reduced the interfacial tension between PC and ABS and increased their compatibility.With the increased of MBS particle size,the mechanical properties of the blending system were significantly improved.When the BA content reached 7.5%,the impact strength reached 498.05 J/m,and the mechanical properties of the melt were the best,and the melt flow rate decreases with the increased of BA content and the obvious plastic flow phenomenon was found in the impact section,which increased the energy absorption mechanism.
