摘　　要：为了改善橡胶和塑料共混物的相容性,得到相畴尺寸均匀且细小、形态结构易控、力学性能稳定的聚丙烯热塑性弹性体,以PP、乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶为原料,不饱和羧酸盐为架桥剂,采用过氧化物引发剂,制备得到力学参数综合指标较好的微相分离型聚丙烯热塑性弹性体(MS-PTPE)样品,研究了架桥剂含量对MS-PTPE的化学结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着架桥剂含量的增加,MS-PTPE样品中,参与反应的PP及弹性体的比例得到提高;当架桥剂的含量为14.50%时,样品力学参数综合指标达到最优,拉伸强度为8.42 MPa、100%定伸应力为6.55 MPa、断裂伸长率为363%、撕裂强度为49.5 kN/m、扯断永久变形为69%。In order to improve the compatibility of rubber and plastic blends and obtain polypropylene thermoplastic elastomers with uniform and fine phase domain size,easy to control morphology and structure,and stable mechanical properties,this work used PP,ethylene propylene rubber,and butadiene styrene rubber as raw materials,unsaturated carboxylate as bridging agent,and peroxide initiator to prepare microphase separated polypropylene thermoplastic elastomers(MS-PTPE)samples with excellent comprehensive mechanical parameters.The effect of bridging agent dosage on the chemical structure and mechanical properties of MS-PTPE was studied.Research had found that as the amount of bridging agent increased,the proportion of PP and elastomer reacted in the MS-PTPE sample increased;When the dosage of bridging agent was 14.50%,the comprehensive mechanical parameters of the sample were optimal,with a tensile strength of 8.42 MPa,a 100%tensile stress of 6.55 MPa,a fracture elongation of 363%,a tear strength of 49.5 kN/m,and a permanent deformation at break of 69%.
