摘 要:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/白油超细纤维膜是高性能纯HDPE纤维膜制备的重要前置工序。为研究HDPE/白油超细纤维膜的高效制备工艺,利用自制熔体微分静电纺丝装置分别研究了气动抽风气压、收集辊子转速及微分喷头温度等参数变化对纤维膜微观形貌及宏观力学性能的影响。结果表明,3种工艺参数在一定范围内均对平均直径以及纤维膜力学性能存在影响。其中,当气动抽风机气压为0.6 MPa、收集辊的转速为1000 r/min、微分喷头温度为210℃时,HDPE/白油超细纤维膜的平均直径为4.64μm,其拉伸强度可达6.22 MPa、断裂伸长率为249%,与初始组别相比,分别提升了3.4及1.8倍。High density polyethylene(HDPE)/white oil ultrafine fiber membrane was an important pre-process for the preparation of high-performance pure HDPE fiber membrane.In this study,a self-made melt differential electrospinning device was used to investigate the effects of changes in parameters such as pneumatic exhaust pressure,collection roller speed,and differential nozzle temperature on the microstructure and macroscopic mechanical properties of the original fiber membrane,and the purpose of the study was to explore the efficient preparation process of HDPE/white oil ultrafine fiber membrane.It was shown that all three process parameters had an impact on the average diameter and mechanical properties of the fiber membrane within a certain range.The HDPE/white oil ultrafine fiber membrane with an average diameter of 4.64μm could be produced under the experimental conditions that the air pressure of the pneumatic exhaust fan was 0.6 MPa,the speed of the collection roller was 1000 r/min and the differential nozzle temperature was 210℃.The tensile strength could reach 6.22 MPa,and its breaking elongation was 249%,which were 3.4 times and 1.8 times higher than that of the initial group respectively.
