摘  要:以汽车尾气过滤器壳体(以下简称壳体)为研究对象,结合模具设计的经验设计浇注系统和冷却水路,设定响应目标定为翘曲量的标准差和最大残余应力,使用Moldex 3D软件进行模拟实验。首先通过设计了12组Plackett-Burman因子筛选实验,筛选出保压压力、熔体温度和模具温度3个因子用于后续实验。使用熵权法确定2个响应的权重,然后,设计15组Box Behnken响应面实验获得回归方程,使用响应优化器优化,结果表明,当保压压力为152 MPa、熔体温度为282℃、模具温度为52.5℃时,为最优参数组合。将这组工艺参数导入Moldex 3D软件进行模拟,得到翘曲量标准差为0.157 42 mm,残余应力为67.66 MPa,与预测结果接近,比较初始工艺参数结果可知,翘曲量标准差减小了12.45%,残余应力减小了29.47%。最后,使用反向变形补偿法,获得新壳体模型尺寸用于模具设计,在实际生产中获得合格产品。Taking the automobile exhaust filter housing(hereinafter referred to as the housing)as the research object,the pouring system and cooling water circuit were designed based on the mold design experience,and the response target was set as the standard deviation and the maximum residual stress of the warpage.Moldex 3 D software was used for simulation experiment.Firstly,12 groups of Plat-Burman factor screening experiments were designed,and three factors including pressure holding pressure,melt temperature and die temperature were screened for subsequent experiments.The entropy weight method was used to determine the weights of the two responses,and 15 groups of Box Behnken response surface experiments were designed to obtain the regression equation,which was optimized by the response optimizer.The final result was that when the pressure holding pressure was 152 MPa,the melt temperature was 282℃,and the die temperature was 52.5℃,it was the optimal parameter combination.The standard deviation of warpage was 0.15742 mm and residual stress was 67.66 MPa,which were close to the prediction results.Compared with the initial process parameters,the standard deviation of warpage was reduced by 12.45%,and the residual stress was reduced by 29.47%.Finally,the reverse deformation compensation method was used to obtain the new shell model size for die design,and the qualified products were obtained in the actual production.
