摘 要:木塑复合材料(WPCs)是以植物纤维为增强材料、热塑性塑料为基体制备的绿色生物材料。但是,植物纤维的亲水性限制了WPCs在室外,特别是高湿条件下的实际应用。基于增强WPCs性能常用的预处理方法,超声预处理植物纤维增强WPCs新技术能有效地提升WPCs的性能。阐述了国内外超声预处理植物纤维提升WPCs的研究现状,介绍了超声预处理植物纤维作用机制;分析了超声时间、频率、功率、温度等因素对超声预处理植物纤维特性的影响,并且,通过研究物理、力学、磨损、热稳定性、吸水及声学等性能,分析了超声预处理植物纤维对WPCs性能提升的影响,并对超声预处理增强WPCs的研究方向进行了展望。Wood plastic composite(WPCs)is a green biomaterial with plant fiber as the reinforcement material and thermoplastic as the matrix.However,the hydrophilicity of plant fibers limits the practical application of WPCs outdoors,especially under high humidity conditions.Based on the commonly used pretreatment methods to enhance WPCs performance,the new technology of ultrasonic pretreatment of plant fiber reinforced WPCs is emphasized to effectively improve the performance of WPCs.The research status of ultrasonic pretreatment of plant fiber to improve WPCs at home and abroad is described,and the mechanism of ultrasonic pretreatment of plant fiber is introduced.The factors affecting the properties of plant fibers pretreated by ultrasound are analyzed from the aspects of ultrasonic time,frequency,power and temperature,and the research progress of the improvement of WPCs properties of plant fibers pretreated by ultrasound is analyzed from the aspects of physics,mechanics,wear,thermal stability,water absorption and acoustic properties,and the research direction of the enhancement of WPCs by ultrasonic pretreatment is prospected.
