摘 要:采用挤出复合和吹膜的方法成功制备出了PBAT/PLA/PPC和PBAT/PLA/PPC/CaCO_(3)复合薄膜。用SEM、XRD、DSC、TG对薄膜进行表征,研究了不同质量比PPC和CaCO_(3)对相应复合薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性、力学性能、热性能的影响。研究结果表明,PPC的加入有利于PBAT、PLA相容性的提高,且PPC的适量加入,使相应复合薄膜的WVP降低。当PPC质量比例为15%时,PBAT/PLA/PPC薄膜的WVP为2.905×10^(-13)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),与未添加PPC的薄膜相比,降低了13%。该薄膜的拉伸强度为32.31/23.26 MPa(TD/MD),断裂伸长率为452.60%/175.12%(TD/MD),撕裂负荷为74.9/93.55 kN/m(TD/MD)。CaCO_(3)的加入可以明显增强PBAT基薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能,但是,力学性能和热稳定性均降低。CaCO_(3)质量比例为20%的PBAT基薄膜WVP为2.256×10^(-13)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),与未添加CaCO_(3)的PBAT基薄膜相比,降低了27%。该薄膜的拉伸强度TD/MD为30.03/34.60 MPa,断裂伸长率TD/MD分别为197.96%/342.90%,撕裂负荷TD/MD为75.3/82.8 kN/m。PBAT/PLA/PPC and PBAT/PLA/PPC/CaCO_(3)composite films were successfully prepared by extrusion and film blowing.The films were characterized by SEM,XRD,DSC and TG,and the effects of different mass ratios of PPC and CaCO_(3)on the water vapor barrier,mechanical and thermal properties of the corresponding composite films were investigated.The results showed that the addition of PPC was conducive to the improvement of the compatibility of PBAT and PLA,and the appropriate addition of PPC could reduce the WVP of the corresponding composite films.When the PPC mass ratio was 15%,the WVP of PBAT/PLA/PPC film was 2.905×10^(-13)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),which was 13%lower than that of the film without PPC.The tensile strength of the film was 32.31/23.26 MPa(TD/MD),the elongation at break was 452.60/175.12%(TD/MD),and the tearing load was 74.9/93.55 kN/m(TD/MD).The addition of CaCO_(3)could obviously enhance the water vapor barrier properties of PBAT-based films,but the mechanical properties and thermal stability were reduced.The WVP of PBAT-based film with 20%CaCO_(3)mass ratio was 2.256×10^(-13)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),which was 27%lower than that of PBAT-based film without CaCO_(3).The tensile strength TD/MD of the film was 30.03/34.60 MPa,the elongation at break TD/MD was 197.96%/342.90%,and the tearing load TD/MD was 75.3/82.8 kN/m.
