外给电子体对丙烯聚合性能的影响

摘  要:合成了外给电子体异丁基异丙基二甲氧基硅烷(IBIPDMS),并研究了异丁基异丙基二甲氧基硅烷作为外给电子体用于聚丙烯聚合时,对催化剂活性和立构规整性、分子量及其分布、聚丙烯结晶性能、片晶厚度及等规序列长度及分布等微观结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,当异丁基异丙基二甲氧基硅烷作为外给电子体用于丙烯聚合时,Ziegler-Natta催化剂的活性和立构规整性均较高,制备的聚丙烯的等规指数和结晶度较高。连续自成核与退火(SSA)技术热分级结果表明,异丁基异丙基二甲氧基硅烷用于丙烯聚合时,有利于提高聚丙烯分子链立构规整性,聚丙烯分子链中的高等规组分的片晶厚度和等规序列长度较长,等规序列长度分布较窄。The external donor(IBIPDMS)was synthesised and the effects on the catalytic activity,stereoregularity,the degree of crystallization ability,isotactic sequence length,isotactic sequence distribution of polypropylene were studied on propylene polymerization with MgCl2-supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst.It's better to improve the catalytic activity,the crystallization degree and stereoregularity of PP.Moreover,the SSA results of lamellar thicknesses and isotactic sequence length showed it's better to improve the catalytic activity and stereoregularity of PP when IBIPDMS was used on propylene polymerization.The lamellar thicknesses L,Lw and Ln increased of higher isotactic composition of PP,indicating IBIPDMS was conducive to increasing isotactic sequence length of PP.Moreover,the broadness index I of the lamellar thickness distribution of PP prepared by IBIPDMS was the narrowest,meanwhile the isotactic sequence length of PP was longer,indicating there were more high isotactic sequence length in PP chain.
