摘 要:近年来,注塑技术在制造业中得到了广泛应用和快速发展。随着科技的不断进步,注塑技术在制造业中发挥重要作用,需满足不断变化的市场需求,特别是在精密注塑领域。精密注塑广泛应用于医疗、电子、光学等领域,为了使注塑制品更加精密,开发了多种新型注塑方式和模拟方法。实现精密注塑的关键和难点为改善产品翘曲、飞边、收缩等各方面的缺陷。基于精密注塑缺陷的改善,综述了近十年注塑技术的发展变化;结合数值模拟改善工艺参数,减少缺陷,论述了双色注塑的精密化发展,总结了引入外场辅助提升制品质量和精度的新技术,为工业注塑生产提供发展和改进的方向。In the past,injection molding technology has been widely applied and rapidly developed in the manufacturing industry.With the continuous advancement of technology,the injection molding technology has played an important role in meeting the ever-changing market demands in the manufacturing industry,especially in the field of precision injection molding.Precision injection molding is widely used in medical,electronic,optical,and other fields.In order to make injection molded products more precise,various new injection molding methods and simulation methods have been developed.The key and difficulty in achieving precision injection molding lies in improving defects such as product warping,trimming,and shrinkage.Summarized the development and changes of injection molding technology in the past decades,focusing on the improvement of precision injection molding defects.Combining numerical simulation to improve process parameters and reduce defects,we discuss the precision development of dual color injection molding,and summarizes new technologies for introducing external field assistance to improve product quality and accuracy,provides a direction for the development and improvement of industrial injection molding production.
