摘 要:传统的交联树脂由于存在三维交联网络结构,具有较好的力学性能及热稳定性,在世界范围内,其产量逐渐增大,当其作为复合材料时,应用更广泛。虽然该材料具有较好的耐用性能,并且,该性能已得到了较好的应用,但是,其在废弃后,通常采用焚烧、热解、机械研磨及溶解等方法进行回收,但是,以上方法均造成了资源浪费及环境污染。将动态共价键,如酯键、碳酸盐键、氨基甲酸酯键、六氢三嗪结构、二硫键及亚胺键等引入交联树脂结构,在温和条件下,赋予了交联树脂降解性能,有利于进行回收利用。因此,综述了动态共价键的种类、动态机制及其在可回收交联树脂中降解的影响因素,并对其未来发展进行了展望。Traditional crosslinked resins exhibit excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability due to their three-dimensional cross-linked network structure,and their production is increasing globally,especially as composite materials.While these materials have traditionally been used for more durable,longer-lasting applications,ultimately,they become waste at the end of their useful lives.Its recovery usually adopts incineration,pyrolysis,mechanical grinding,dissolution and other methods,but most of these methods waste resources and pollute the environment.By introducing dynamic covalent bonds such as ester bond,carbonate bond,carbamate bond,hexahydrotriazine structure,disulfide bond and imine bond into the crosslinked resin structure,the crosslinked resin can be degraded and then recycled under mild conditions.The types and mechanisms of dynamic covalent bonds and the factors affecting the degradation of dynamic covalent bonds in recyclable crosslinked resins are reviewed.
