摘  要:为探究过热蒸汽热脱附法对土壤中石油烃类污染物的去除效果及关键影响因子,本研究采用过热蒸汽热解析模拟装置,以某石油烃污染地块土壤为研究对象,研究过热蒸汽热解析过程中的解析温度、加热时间、土壤粒径及含水率等因素对土壤中石油烃去除率的影响。结果表明:过热蒸汽可实现石油烃的高效解析,解析温度和加热时间是关键影响因素,均与解析效果成正比,较大的土壤粒径和高含水率对解析效率效果更好,当解析温度为350℃、加热时间为10 min、粒径为0.25~0.83 mm、含水率为25%时,过热蒸汽对土壤中石油烃的解析效果最佳。In order to explore the effect of superheated steam thermal desorption method on the removal of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants in soil and the key influencing factors,this study adopted a superheated steam thermal analysis simulation device and took the soil of a petroleum hydrocarbon polluted plot as the research object to study the influence of factors such as analytical temperature,heating time,soil particle size and water content on the removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbon in soil during the thermal analysis of superheated steam.The results show that:superheated steam can achieve efficient analysis of petroleum hydrocarbons,and the analysis temperature and heating time are the key influencing factors,both of which are proportional to the desorption effect,larger soil particle size and high water content have better effect on the analysis efficiency,when the analysis temperature is 350 ℃,the heating time is 10 min,the particle size is 0.25~0.83 mm,and the water content is 25%,superheated steam has the best analytical effect on petroleum hydrocarbons in soil.
