弥补缺失:西康报刊史料整理与研究的现状、问题及建议  

Exploring the“Missing Link”:The Current State,Problems,and Recommendations of Historic Data Compilation and Research of Xikang Newspapers and Periodicals

摘　　要：西康报刊史料的整理与研究如同一座尚未被充分发掘的宝藏,蕴含着巨大的学术价值与研究潜力。它不仅能为西康史研究提供坚实而丰富的史料基础,在开拓和完善西康地方新闻史、展现西康报刊发展的地域特色、丰富中国新闻史研究的多样性方面也大有裨益。本文对现有研究成果进行全面梳理与分析后发现,西康报刊史料尚未得到充分的搜集和整理,描述性和简介式成果多,系统性和深入性研究少,西康报刊发展的自主性和独特性未得到重视,许多重要性议题也缺乏关注。研究建议,对西康报刊史料进行全面搜集和分类整理,有效开展数字化建设与传播工作,进一步完善西康报刊史研究的范畴和框架,考察西康报刊发展与社会的多重联系与多元互动,全面探寻西康报刊发展的历史脉络、个性特征及其社会影响等,进一步将西康报刊引入新闻史研究视野,重新锚定20世纪上半叶西康在中国新闻史中的谱系位置,填补中国新闻史研究“缺失的一环”。Records demonstrate that with the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War and the estab-lishment of Xikang Province,the strategic position of Xikang was greatly enhanced,spurring the com-prehensive flourishing of the local news industry.Rough estimates suggest that approximately 120 newspapers and periodicals were published in the Xikang region from the 1920s to 1949,possessing distinct regional,temporal,and ethnic cultural traits.These publications not only document the complicated history of Xikang,but also serve as witnesses and participants in the emergence of modern civilization there,holding invaluable his-torical and research value.The collation and ex-amination of Xikang's press historical materials may provide valuable materials and resources for the study of Xikang's history,deepen our perspectives and methodologies for understanding Xikang,pro-mote current research from broad narratives to me-so and micro research,thus possibly presenting an alternative approach to writing Xikang's history.Meanwhile,it can greatly bridge the gaps in the study of Xikang's journalism history,display local practices and regional characteristics of newspaper and periodical development,and effectively enrich the diversity in the research of Chinese journalism history.However,at present,the disclosure and utilization rates of these precious historical materi-als remain extremely low,with many outstanding and significant ones remaining“obscured”,lead-ing to a pronounced disparity between research at-tention and their actual value.This article comprehensively sorts out and an-alyzes previous research results,revealing many problems in this field.These include an inade-quate collection of scattered historical materials,an overabundance of descriptive and cursory re-sults,few systematic and thematic studies,insuffi-cient recognition of the independent development of Xikang newspapers and periodicals,and a lack of an overall regional awareness.In addition,case studies have been mostly limited to investigating the journals themselve
