摘 要:通过对准噶尔盆地东部红沙泉一号露天煤矿可采煤层开展系统调查,总结煤岩煤质特征,分析煤中有害元素,估算可采煤层资源量。研究结果表明,准东红沙泉一号露天煤矿区内西山窑组可采煤层主要特征为低灰、特低硫、低磷、中高挥发分,煤类以不黏煤及长焰煤为主,具中、高热值、含油等特点。可采煤层有害元素含量总体偏低,具较好的可选性。煤中含氯(Cl d)为0.05%~0.15%,属低氯煤(L Cl),含砷(As)均小于4×10^(-4),为一级含砷煤(ⅠAs)。从煤的抗碎强度、热稳定性、结渣性分析了煤的气化指标,属高强度煤、中等-较高热稳定性煤,属难结渣性煤,表明煤有利于气化。西山窑组平均厚226.47 m,含煤系数29.87%,11层可采煤层平均纯煤总厚67.65 m,估算区内西山窑组煤层资源量47.981×10^(8)t,为煤炭的勘探开发奠定良好基础。By means of geological route survey,profile survey,drilling and sample analysis and testing,this paper conducted a systematic survey of the minable coal seams in Hongshaquan No.1 Open pit Coal Mine in the east of the Junggar Basin,studied and analyzed the characteristics of coal rock and coal quality and harmful elements in coal,and estimated the resources of each minable coal seam.The research results indicate that the main coal seams that can be mined in the Xishanyao Formation of the Hongshaquan No.1 open-pit coal mine area in Zhundong are ultra-low ash,ultra-low sulfur,low phosphorus,medium high volatile matter,non sticky coal,and long flame coal;It has the characteristics of medium to high calorific value,oil content,making it a good industrial power generation and civilian coal.The overall content of harmful elements in each extractable coal seam is relatively low and has good selectivity;Coal contains 0.05~0.15%chlorine(Cl d),which belongs to low chlorine coal(L Cl);The arsenic(As)content in coal is less than 4×10^(-4),which is classified as first-class arsenic containing coal(I As).The gasification indicators of coal were analyzed based on its crushing strength,thermal stability,and slagging properties.It belongs to high-strength coal,medium to high thermal stability coal,and difficult slagging coal,indicating that coal is conducive to gasification.The average thickness of Xishanyao Formation is 226.47 meters,with a coal content coefficient of 29.87%.The average pure coal thickness of the 11 minable coal seams is 67.65 meters.Resource estimates were made for each minable coal seam,and the estimated coal resource of Xishanyao Formation in the area is 4798.10 million tons,laying a good foundation for exploration and development.
