摘  要:为探究Se在土壤和植物之间的迁移富集规律,选择新疆天山北坡经济带典型富硒区,有针对性的采集植物及其根系土样品,分析植物Se和植物根系土中全Se,Se形态及其他相关元素的含量,评估不同植物可食部分Se的富集系数及与土壤中各元素之间的相关性。结果表明:①研究区土壤Se含量为0.09~4.25×10^(-6),背景值0.21×10^(-6),Se与Corg、N等元素呈显著正相关;②强有机质结合态硒(SOM-Se)、弱有机结合态硒(Hab-Se)和残渣态硒(Re-Se)是土壤硒的主要赋存形态,占土壤全Se含量的91.8%,沼泽土、灌淤土、水稻土中Se含量显著高于其他类型土壤;③植物对Se的吸收能力差异很大,小麦、玉米对Se富集作用最强,单位质量下小麦、玉米产硒效果最好;④玉米和韭菜中Se主要以硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)的形式存在,分别占韭菜和玉米Se的71%和55%,易于人体吸收。According to explore the migration and enrichment patterns of Se between soil and plants,based on the collection of existing relevant data,a typical selenium rich area on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang was selected.Plant samples and root soil samples were collected in a targeted manner,and the content of Se,Se forms,and other related elements in plant Se and root soil were analyzed.The enrichment coefficients of Se in edible parts of different plants and their correlations with various elements in the soil were evaluated.The results showed that:1)The Se content in the soil of the study area ranged from 0.09 to 4.25 mg/kg,with a background value of 0.21 mg/kg;Se is significantly positively correlated with elements such as Corg and N;2)Strong organic matter bound selenium(SOM Se),weak organic bound selenium(Hab Se),and residual selenium(Re Se)are the main forms of selenium in soil,accounting for 91.8%of the total Se content in soil;The Se content in swamp soil,irrigated silt soil,and paddy soil is significantly higher than that in other types of soil;3)The absorption capacity of plants for Se varies greatly,with wheat and corn having the strongest Se enrichment effect and the best selenium production per unit mass;4)The Se in corn and chives mainly exists in the form of selenomethionine(SeMet),accounting for 71%and 55%of Se in chives and corn,respectively,which is easily absorbed by the human body.Overall,Se in the soil of the study area mainly exists in the forms of strongly organic matter bound selenium(SOM-Se),weakly organic bound selenium(Hab Se),and residual selenium(Re Se),with the highest Se content in swamp soil,irrigated soil,and paddy soil;Wheat and corn have the strongest Se enrichment effect and the best selenium production effect;The Se in corn and chives mainly exists in the form of selenomethionine(SeMet),which is easily absorbed by the human body.
