摘 要:目的:了解ZND-A型智能刀剂量学特性和性能,为取得更好的临床治疗效果提供科学依据和指导。方法:基于ZND-A型智能刀搭建了相应的测试平台,采用制定的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯体部和头部标准模体,搭配EBT3胶片完成数据采集。着重探讨其剂量学性能的关键项,并进行测量与分析。结果:智能刀定位参考点偏差整体保持在0.2mm范围之内,满足标准要求,表现出较好的稳定性和准确性。智能刀头部最大标称吸收剂量率为3.22Gy/min,体部最大标称吸收剂量率为3.48Gy/min,头部和体部最小野与最大野的占比分别为0.72和0.89,符合标准0.7、0.6的要求。各规格辐射野尺寸与标称值的最大偏差分别为0.54mm、0.83mm、0.71mm、0.59mm。技术要求各辐射野最大偏差分别为±1、±2、±2.5、±3。辐射野最大相对偏差为6.9%(12mm辐射野)。除头部最小野点剂量偏差>3%外,其余均保持在3%内,表现出较好的点剂量准确性。智能刀最大辐射野计划剂量测量面积与计划系统计算面积的重合率为93.9%,满足辐射野面积重合率≥90%的标准要求。结论:新型图像引导伽玛射束立体定向放射治疗系统具有很高的准确性和安全性,在放射肿瘤治疗中具有广泛的应用前景。Objective:These can provide the scientific basis and guidance for achieving better clinical treatment effects by understanding the dosimetric characteristics and performance of Smart Knife(ZND-A).Methods:A corresponding test platform was built based on the Smart Knife(ZND-A),using the formulated polymethyl methacrylate body and head standard molds,combined with EBT3 film to complete data acquisition.The key items of its dosimetric performance were focused on and measured and analyzed.Results:The deviation of the positioning reference point of Smart Knife was generally maintained within 0.2mm,that meets the standard requirements.Smart Knife demonstrates good stability and accuracy.The maximum nominal absorbed dose rate of the head in Smart Knife was 3.22Gy/min,and that of the body was 3.48Gy/min.The ratios of the minimum field to the maximum field for the head and body were 0.72 and 0.89 respectively,meeting the standard requirements of 0.7 and 0.6.The maximum deviations of the radiation field sizes from the nominal values for each specification were 0.54mm,0.83mm,0.71mm,and 0.59mm.The maximum deviations of each radiation field as per the technical requirements were±1,±2,±2.5,and±3.The maximum relative deviation of the radiation field was 6.9%(for the 12mm radiation field).Except for the point dose deviation of the head's minimum field being greater than 3%,all others were maintained within 3%,demonstrating good point dose accuracy.The coincidence rate of the planned dose measurement area of Smart Knife's maximum radiation field with the calculated area of the planning system was 93.9%,meeting the standard requirement of a coincidence rate of no less than 90%for the radiation field area.Conclusion:The new Image-guided Gamma Beam Stereotactic Radiotherapy System has high accuracy and safety,which has broad application prospects in radiotherapy for tumors.
