改良式平车对院内危重患者转运效率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式平车在院内危重患者转运中的临床应用价值。方法:随机抽取2022年7月~12月、2023年7月~12月余庆县人民医院收治的危重患者各20例,分别作为对照组、观察组。对照组采用普通平车常规运送,观察组采用改良式平车常规运送。比较两组的转运效率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组在转运过程中的生命体征稳定率更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件的总发生率更低,转运准备时间、外出检查耗时、转入专科病房耗时均更短,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组的家属对安全转运的满意度更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:改良平车的应用减少了危重患者转运过程中不良事件的发生,使患者转运过程中保持生命体征稳定,提高了患者的转运效率和家属的转运满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of improved flat cars in the transportation of critically ill patients in hospitals.Methods:Randomly select 20 critically ill patients from Yuqing County People’s Hospital from July to December 2022 and from July to December 2023 as the control group and observation group.The control group was transported using regular flat cars,while the observation group was transported using improved flat cars.Compare the transport efficiency of two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher stability rate of vital signs during transportation,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower,with shorter preparation time for transportation,time for external examinations,and time for transfer to specialized wards,with significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group with safe transportation was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of improved flatbed transportation reduces the occurrence of adverse events during the transportation of critically ill patients,maintains stable vital signs during transportation,and improves the transportation efficiency of patients and the satisfaction of family members.
