摘　　要：目的:探讨多酶清洗液清洗联合低温等离子灭菌法应用于消毒供应室医疗器械清洗的效果。方法:将2022年1月~2022年12月本院消毒供应中心的523件医疗器械作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,传统组253件采取戊二醛灭菌法,联合组270件采取多酶清洗液清洗联合低温等离子灭菌法,通过目测法及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测,比较灭菌物品的保存期限、清洗合格率。结果:目测法及ATP荧光检测显示,联合组的合格率均高于传统组(P<0.05);随机抽样各100件,目测及ATP荧光检测显示,两种方式灭菌后器械保存6个月内均全部合格,联合组在8、10、12个月后的目测法及ATP荧光检测高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:多酶清洗液清洗联合低温等离子灭菌法可提高消毒供应室医疗器械的合格率,延长保存期限。Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-enzyme cleaning solution combined with low-temperature plasma sterilization on the cleaning of medical instruments in disinfection and supply room.Methods:523 medical devices from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The traditional group(253 pieces)was sterilized using glutaraldehyde,while the combined group(270 pieces)was treated with multi enzyme cleaning solution combined with low-temperature plasma sterilization method.The shelf life and cleaning qualification rate of sterilized items were compared by visual inspection and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)detection.Results:In this study,both visual and ATP fluorescence detection showed that the qualified rate of the combined group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),all the instruments were qualified within 6 months after sterilization.The visual and ATP fluorescence detection of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group after 8,10 and 12 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of multi-enzyme cleaning solution and low-temperature plasma sterilization can improve the qualification rate and prolong the shelf life of medical devices in sterilization supply room.
