摘  要:人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础。依托农村发展专业课程教学培养高素质人才是推动乡村振兴、实现共同富裕的重要支撑。聚焦海岛渔农村发展,面向滨海高校,设计适应乡村振兴、海岛共富等战略目标的农村发展专业课程体系,优化综合教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学反馈等专业课程建设方案,探索课程建设与政府部门、地方企业、基层居民等发展主体的联动机制,可为培育农村发展领域高素质人才提供新的教学路径,并有助于国家重要战略的落地。Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,and relying on professional course teaching to cultivate high-quality talents is an important support for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.Focusing on the development of fishing and rural areas in islands,the paper designs a professional curriculum system for rural development that adapts to strategic goals such as rural revitalization and common prosperity of islands,optimizes a comprehensive curriculum construction plan that includes teaching objectives,content,methods,and feedback,exploring the linkage mechanism between curriculum construction and development entities such as government departments,local enterprises,and grassroots residents.It can provide new teaching paths for cultivating high-quality talents in the field of rural development,and contribute to the implementation of important national strategies.
