摘　　要：课程思政建设是高校全面提高人才培养质量的重要途径。“专利情报检索与分析”课程是华中科技大学以培养学生的专利素养和信息道德,使其掌握专利情报获取与分析技能为目标的一门科学方法课。从该课程的特点出发,进行课程思政元素挖掘,从教学目标、教学大纲、教学案例到教学方法全过程融入思政元素,推进教学内容与方法改革,逐步形成知识提升与价值引领的融合,充分发挥课程的育人育才功能。青年一代必须有使命担当意识,突破关键核心技术,切实增强我国技术和产业在国际上的话语权。Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important path to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.The course of Patent Information Retrieval and Analysis is a scientific method course aimed at cultivating students’patent literacy and information ethics,as well as mastering patent information acquisition and analysis skills in the university.In this article,starting from the characteristics of the Patent Information Retrieval and Analysis course,it explores the ideological and political elements of the course,integrating them throughout the entire process from teaching objectives,teaching syllabus,teaching cases to teaching methods,promoting the reform of teaching content and methods,gradually forming knowledge enhancement and value guidance,and fully exerting the educational and talent cultivation function of the course.The younger generation must have a sense of mission responsibility,make breakthroughs in key and core technologies,and effectively enhance the voice of China’s technology and industry in the international arena.
