摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病最严重、最复杂的并发症之一,治疗难度大,医疗花费高。在糖尿病足的管理中,创面的愈合是医患双方最为关注的问题。重症糖尿病足患者常伴随多器官的功能衰竭和急性合并症发生,内科全身综合管理在保肢及延缓生存期方面发挥着至关重要的作用。本文将基于笔者团队的临床实践经验及前沿进展,总结重症糖尿病足患者常见的内科合并症(心血管疾病、肾脏病、严重感染、营养不良)的治疗经验,以期提高临床医师对糖尿病足的综合诊治能力。Diabetic foot is a highly complex and severe complication of diabetes,posing significant challenges in treatment and imposing substantial medical costs.Wound healing stands as the primary concern for both healthcare professionals and patients in the management of diabetic foot.Individuals with severe diabetic foot often suffer from multiple organ failure and acute lesions.The comprehensive medical management plays a vital role in limb preservation and prolong survival.Drawing upon the team′s practical experience and cutting‑edge advancements,this article aims to summarize the common medical complications(cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,severe infections,malnutrition)and treatment experience of patients with severe diabetic foot.The ultimate goal is to enhance clinicians′ability of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for diabetic foot.
