未来邻里场景下历史街区更新改造策略研究——以荆州古城东堤街为例

摘　　要：为解决居民生活品质需求提升与历史街区特殊性之间的矛盾,以及由此衍生出的文化要素匮乏、街区活力流失、经济发展迟缓等问题,以荆州古城东堤街的更新改造方案为例,尝试从“未来社区”九大场景中的邻里场景出发,充分衡量城市性质与发展需求之间的关系,在新与旧的碰撞中探究未来邻里场景对历史街区更新改造策略的引导和启示,寻求一条有利于城市建设和历史文脉协同发展的道路。To resolve the conflict between the grown demands for citizens'quality of life and the particularity of the historic district,and the problems that arise from it,for example,the lack of cultural elements,the loss of vitality in blocks,the sluggish economic development,etc.The author tried to start with the idea of the neighborhood settings from the future community's nine settings,as the sample of the reconstruction of Dongdi street in Jingzhou ancient city,and measure the relation between the urban nature and the development demands adequately.This essay would cut into the study of the future community's value concept and its development models to explore the implications of strategy study the reconstruction of historic district in the case of future neighborhood settings in the collision of old and new concepts,might find a harmony way conductive to the coordinated development of urban construction and historical context.
