摘 要:为识别并区分10kV开关柜中常见局部放电的故障类型,搭建了开关柜局部放电故障模拟与检测平台,提出了一种基于超声波信号特征量的局部放电识别方法,提取了局部放电时超声波信号的暂态冲击量并利用其概率密度分布进行类型判别,对比研究了4种不同局部放电模型产生超声波信号的暂态冲击量概率密度分布图谱。结果表明:随电压等级的提高,曲线向更高暂态冲击量处偏移,并呈“多波峰状”,同种类型故障产生的曲线高度重合,不同类型故障产生的曲线差异明显,可据此判别10kV开关柜局部放电类型。For identifying and distinguishing the fault types of common partial discharge in 10 kV switchgear cabinet,a platform for simulation and detection of partial discharge faults in switchgear cabinet is set up,a kind of partial discharge identification method based on the characteristic quantities of ultrasonic signals is proposed,the transient impact of ultrasonic signals during partial discharges is extracted and the probability density distribution of the ultrasonic signals is used to discriminate the type of discharges,and the probability density distribution of ultrasonic signals generated by four different partial discharge models are compared and investigated.The probability density distributions pattern of the transient impact quantities of ultrasonic signals generated by four different partial discharge models are compared and studied.The results show that with the increase of voltage level,the curve is shifted to the higher transient impact quantity and shows‘multi-peak’shape.The curves generated by the same type of faults are highly overlapped,and the curves generated by different types of faults have obvious differences,which can be used to identify the type of partial discharge in the 10 kV switchgear cabinet.
