摘 要:机械性振动缺陷的检测是保证GIS设备安全运行的有效手段之一,尚缺乏针对GIS设备内部多种构件机械缺陷振动规律的系统性研究。文中研发了一套GIS设备振动状态高灵敏检测装置,搭建了高电压大电流GIS设备机械缺陷模拟平台,模拟出5种典型缺陷,开展了GIS设备振动信号特性试验研究。试验结果表明,在负载电流不变的情况下,电压的改变对振动信号基本没有变化;在同一电压作用下,振动信号波形保持基本不变,振动信号幅值随着负载电流增加而增加;机械缺陷情况下,振动信号主要频谱为100 Hz,并叠加了较多的高频成分,不同的缺陷振动信号表现出差异性的频率、幅值特征;采用傅里叶分析的频带能量特征分析方法,构建了典型缺陷精准定量振动特征信息库。文中成果可用于现场的GIS设备机械缺陷检测与类型识别,指导现场检修工作。The detection of mechanical vibration defects is one of the effective means to ensure safe operation of GIS equipment.However,there is still lack of systematic research on the vibration of mechanical defects for various components of GIS equipment.In this paper,one highly sensitive detection device for the vibration state of GIS equipment is developed,a high-voltage and high-current test platform for mechanical defects of GIS equipment,which simulates 5 kinds of typical defects,is set up,and study on the vibration signal characteristics test of GIS equipment is performed.The test results show that in case the load current remains unchanged,the vibration signal hardly changes with the variation of voltage.Under the action of same voltage,the vibration signal waveform remains basically unchanged,and the amplitude of the vibration signal increases with the increase of the load current.While,in the case of mechanical defects,the main frequency spectrum of the vibration signal is 100 Hz,with more high frequency components superimposed,and vibration signals of different defects show different frequency and amplitude characteristics.The frequency band energy characteristic analysis method based on Fourier analysis is adopted to construct vibration feature fingerprint database for typical defects.The results in this paper can be used for mechanical defect detection and type identification of GIS equipment as well as the guidance of maintenance work on site.
