摘 要:换流变压器有载分接开关是实现换流变压器调压的核心部件,对保证电力系统电压稳定性起到重要的作用。随着柔性直流输电技术的发展,有载分接开关切换含有谐波分量的负载电流工况日益凸显,经常在多次谐波叠加的复杂工况下进行切换操作,因此切换的负载电流零点会有较大的电流变化率,其显著增加了分接开关的切换负荷,尤其对真空有载分接开关中的真空灭弧室转换电流能力提出了极大挑战。因此,文中针对换流变压器应用的真空有载分接开关的谐波电流切换能力的验证开展了相应的试验技术研究,并通过建立的谐波电流切换试验条件开展了性能验证。所获得的试验结果和分析内容将对真空有载分接开关谐波电流切换性能考核方法的建立提供技术支撑。The on-load tap-changer of converter transformer is the core component to realize voltage regulation of converter transformer and plays an important role in ensuring the voltage stability of power system.With the development of VSC DC transmission technology,the switching load current with harmonic component by the on-load tapchanger is becoming more and more prominent.The switching operation is often performed under the complex condition of multiple harmonic superposition.Therefore,the zero point of the switched load current will have a large current variation rate,which significantly increases the switching load of the tap-changer.It in particular poses a great challenge to the current transfer capability of the vacuum interrupter in the vacuum type on-load tap-changer.Therefore,the corresponding test technology research on the verification of the harmonic current switching capacity of the vacuum type on-load tap-changer for converter transformer is performed in this paper,and the performance verification is developed through the established harmonic current switching test condition.The obtained test results and analysis content will provide technical support for the establishment of a harmonic current switching performance assessment method for vacuum type on-load tap-changer.
