摘 要:流过变压器绕组的谐波电流对振动造成巨大影响,基于此,文中着重研究了谐波电流对振动的影响规律。通过理论推导,从电磁激励方面阐明了变压器绕组振动谐波产生的原因;搭建变压器谐波加载系统,对比了不同含量谐波电流作用下绕组振动特性与振动特征参量变化规律;基于振动在线监测系统,研究了振动特征参量随时间顺序、电流大小顺序的变化规律以及谐波对振动造成的影响。研究结果表明:谐波电流造成绕组振动增大、振动谐波含量增加,不同振动特征参量与谐波电流总畸变率呈现一定的相关性,应用振动法对变压器绕组进行机械状态监测与故障诊断必须计及电流大小与谐波总畸变率的影响。The harmonic current flowing through the winding of transformer has a great influence on the vibration.On this basis,the influence of harmonic current on the vibration is studied emphatically.Through theoretical derivation,the cause of the vibration harmonics of transformer winding are described from the aspect of electromagnetic excitation.The harmonic loading system of the transformer is set up,and the variation of vibration characteristics and the vibration characteristic parameters under the action of harmonic current with different contents are compared.Based on the vibration online vibration monitoring system,the variation of vibration characteristic parameters with time sequence,magnitude and sequence of current as well as the influence of harmonics on vibration are studied.The study results show that the harmonic current causes the winding vibration and the vibration harmonic content to increase,and the different vibration characteristic parameters have a certain correlation with the total distortion rate of the harmonic current.The influence of the magnitude of current and the total distortion rate of the harmonic must be taken into account in the mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the winding of transformer by the vibration method.
