摘  要:为研究当35 kV XLPE电缆中存在导体尖刺缺陷时损耗电流中的谐波分量特征,文中基于跳跃电导理论构建了35 kV XLPE电缆导体尖刺缺陷仿真模型,分别就尖刺曲率半径、尖刺所在位置以及电极距离对损耗电流谐波特征的影响进行了仿真分析;而后制作了35 kV XLPE电缆导体尖刺缺陷试样,在尖刺曲率半径30 mm、尖刺位于屏蔽层处、电极间距3 mm的情况下进行了验证性实验。仿真与实验结果表明:当35 kV XLPE电缆中存在导体尖刺缺陷时,缺陷处畸变的高强度电场会使得XLPE的电导特性随着交流电压的交变而产生周期性的波动,使得损耗电流的波形发生畸变,叠加有高次谐波分量;从谐波成分来看,其损耗电流中会存在明显的3次与5次谐波分量,缺陷严重程度与所在位置不同,3次与5次谐波的贡献率也不相同;损耗电流谐波畸变率以及电导率畸变率与尖刺的尖刺曲率半径以及电极间距成反比,且尖刺位于线芯时二者的畸变率要高于尖刺位于屏蔽层时的情况。For studying the harmonic component characteristics of the loss current in case of conductor spike defect in the 35 kV XLPE cable,the simulation model of the conductor spike defect of 35 kV XLPE cable is constructed based on the theory of jump conductance in this paper,the influence of radius of spike curvature,the location of the spike and electrode distance on the loss current harmonic characteristic is simulated and analyzed.Then,a sample of conductor spike defect in 35 kV XLPE cable is made,and the verification experiment under the condition of radius of spike curvature at 30 mm,spike at the shielding layer and the electrode spacing of 3 mm is performed.Both simulation and experimental results show that in case of conductor spike defect in the 35 kV XLPE cable,the distorted high strength electric filed at the defect place will make the conductivity characteristics of the XLPE to generate periodic fluctuation with alternating AC voltage,causing distortion of the waveform of the loss current and superposition of high-order harmonic components.From the perspective of harmonic components,the significant 3rd and 5th harmonic components in the loss current are existed.The severity of defects varies depending on their locations,and the contribution rates of 3rd and 5th harmonics are also different.The harmonic distortion rate of loss current and conductivity distortion rate of the conductance are inversely proportional to the curvature radius of the spikes and the electrode spacing,and the distortion rates of both are higher when the spikes are located in the wire core than when they are cated in the shielding layer.
