摘 要:近年来,特高压直流工程发生多起因晶闸管电压监测板(thyristor voltage monitoring board,TVMB)积污引起的换流阀停运事故。文中针对TVMB故障开展深入研究,介绍了TVMB的工作原理,针对关键模块开展电路分析,探讨了TVMB的失效机理;搭建了TVMB电路模型并开展仿真工作,主要研究了元件参数变化对TVMB功能的影响;搭建了TVMB加压试验平台并对理论和仿真分析结果进行了验证;最后提出了针对TVMB失效故障的防治对策。研究结果表明TVMB长年运行后积污严重,在高湿环境中污层受潮使得均压电阻实际阻值减小,导致回报脉冲信号提前产生;储能电容并联电阻值减小,导致回报脉冲信号无法产生。可恢复性测试结果表明,TVMB失效故障不会造成破坏性损伤,文中据此提出降低阀厅相对湿度、定期开展TVMB清洗工作等防治对策并已在宝安换流站成功应用。In recent years,there have been many converter valve outage accidents in the UHVDC project due to contamination of the thyristor voltage monitoring board(TVMB).In this paper,the TVMB fault is studied deeply.Firstly,the operating principle of TVMB is introduced,the circuit of key modules is analyzed and the failure mechanism of TVMB is discussed.Then,the circuit model of TVMB is set up and the simulation work is performed.The influence of component parameters on the function of TVMB is mainly studied.After that,a high voltage application test platform of TVMB is set up,and the theoretical and simulation results are verified.Finally,the prevention countermeasures against TVMB fault is proposed.The research results show that the contamination accumulation of TVMB is serious after long-term operation.In high humidity environment,the damp of contamination layer keeps the actual resistance of grading resistance reduced,resulting in the generation of check-back pulse signal in advance.The parallel resistance of the energy storage capacitor is reduced,resulting in no generation of the check-back pulse signal.It is shown by the the recoverability test results that the TVMB fault will not cause destructive damage.Therefore,such prevention countermeasures as reducing the relative humidity of valve hall are proposed and regularly performing TVMB cleaning are raised,which have been successfully applied in Baoan converter station.
