摘 要:为实现电网的数字化转型,建设强有力的交直流输电工程,对电网状态的全感知是关键一环。文中针对交直流混合强电场的测量需求,分析了基于一次电光效应与电场调制方法的电场传感器方法,研究了温度特性对传感器性能的影响,并提出温度自补偿措施。同时,基于有限元仿真建立三维物理场模型,量化电场调制效能,研究电极间距和屏蔽电极开孔数对传感器性能的影响,为今后传感器的整体封装提供了依据。For realizing the digital transformation of power grid and constructing powerful AC/DC transmission projects,the full perception of power grid state is a key link.As for the measurement requirement of AC/DC hybrid high current in this paper,the electric field sensor method based on primary electro-optical effect and electric field modulation method is analyzed,the influence of temperature characteristics on sensor performance is studied and the temperature self-compensation measures are proposed.At the same time,a three-dimensional physical field model is set up based on finite element simulation,the energy of electric field modulation is calculated,and the influence of electrode spacing and the number of shielded electrode openings on the performance of the sensor is studied,which provides a basis for the overall packaging of the sensor in the future.
