喷昔洛韦治疗肾移植后内脏播散性带状疱疹

摘　　要：34岁男性肾移植受者,因“周身皮疹伴胸部疼痛4 d”入院,患者出现严重肝损害伴胰腺功能和移植肾功能损害,最终依据水痘-带状疱疹病毒IgM阳性确诊为内脏播散性带状疱疹,经喷昔洛韦、静脉激素、人免疫球蛋白等治疗后好转。This case reports a 34-year-old male kidney transplant recipient who developed systemic herpet-like virus onset with severe liver damage,pancreatic function damage,and transplanted kidney function impairment,and was eventually confirmed as visceral disseminated herpes zoster infection by varicella zoster virus IgM positive.He was successfully treated with peniclovir,intravenous hormone,and human immunoglobulin.
