摘 要:匝间短路故障是一种常见的电机绕组故障。多相永磁同步电机发生匝间短路故障后,故障绕组电流增大,电机局部过热,导致电机性能下降。为探究匝间短路故障对电机温升的影响,本文以一台六相永磁同步电机为研究对象,计算电机匝间短路故障下的温度场分布。首先,建立以线圈为基本单元的匝间短路故障等效电路。然后,在此基础上,通过场路耦合仿真求解不同短路匝数时的电流与损耗。最后,利用磁热耦合方法计算匝间短路故障温度场,得到多相永磁同步电机匝间短路时的温度场分布。Inter-turn short circuit fault is a common winding fault of the motor.After the inter-turn short circuit fault occurs in the multi-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the fault winding current increases and the motor overheats locally.As a result,the motor performance declines.In order to explore the effect of inter-turn short circuit fault on the temperature rise of motor,this paper takes a six-phase PMSM as the research object and calculates the temperature field distribution under inter-turn short circuit fault of the motor.Firstly,the equivalent circuit of inter-turn short circuit fault based on coil element is established.Then,on this basis,the current and loss of different short circuit turns are solved by field-circuit coupling simulation.Finally,the temperature field of inter-turn short circuit fault is calculated by magnetic-thermal coupling,and the temperature field distribution of multi-phase PMSM with inter-turn short circuit is obtained.
