摘 要:目的 探讨3D技术联合智能手机在神经内镜以案例为问题导向的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月的82名规培学生作为研究对象,采用随机对照实验,分为对照组和实验组,对两组学生分别实施PBL和3D技术联合智能手机辅助PBL。采用t检验对两组样本进行分析,采用χ2检验评价教学满意度。结果 实验组学生术中考核成绩和理论考核成绩高于对照组成绩(t=8.630、6.087,P<0.001),实验组学生和带教教师评分满意度高于对照组(χ~2=4.213、6.301、7.026,P<0.01)。结论 在神经内镜PBL中,使用3D技术联合智能手机作为辅助教学系统在有效提高学生参与感的同时也降低了颅底解剖学习的难度,提升了学生的理论与手术考核成绩、教学满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of 3D technology combined with smartphones in problem-based learning(PBL) for neuroendoscopy. Methods 82 trainees who were enrolled from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. A randomized controlled trial was conducted,and the subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group. PBL and 3D technology combined with smartphone-assisted PBL were implemented respectively for two groups of students. The data were analyzed using t-test. Teaching satisfaction is evaluated by 2 test. Results The results of the in-operation examination and theoretical examination of the experimental group students were found to be higher than those of the control group students(t=8.630,6.087,P<0.001),the satisfaction scores of students and teachers showing that the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.213,6.301,7.026,P<0.01). Conclusion In the PBL of neuroendoscopy,the use of 3D technology combined with smart phones as an auxiliary teaching system can effectively improve students' sense of participation,reduce the difficulty of skull base anatomy learning,and improve students' theoretical and surgical assessment scores and teaching satisfaction.
