摘 要:本研究提出了一种利用电动汽车充、放电优化负荷供需的规划模型。考虑到商业区负荷与人流量的趋同性,依据不同片区的功能和人流量规模,运用帝国竞争算法进行桩位的初步规划。通过实施充、放电优惠策略,统计并优化桩位使用效率,以提升整体效率。针对商业区发展可能引起的负荷与人流量变化,本研究对算法进行了可逆化改进,并基于某商业区一周的真实负荷数据进行规划和仿真。结果表明,改进模型下电动汽车参与充、放电可使商业区负荷峰值降低39%,峰谷差降低43.2%,有效促进负荷供需平衡,并为商业区带来显著经济效益。This study proposes a planning model for optimizing load supply and demand using electric vehicle charging and discharging.Considering the convergence of commercial district load and pedestrian flow,based on the functions and pedestrian flow scale of different areas,the Imperial Competition Algorithm is used for preliminary planning of pile positions.By implementing charging and discharging discount strategies,statistics and optimization of pile utilization efficiency are conducted to improve overall efficiency.In response to the potential changes in load and pedestrian flow caused by the development of commercial areas,this study has made reversible improvements to the algorithm and planned and simulated based on one week's real load data of a certain commercial area.The results show that under the improved model,the participation of electric vehicles in charging and discharging can reduce the peak load of the commercial area by 39%and the peak valley difference by 43.2%,effectively promoting the balance of load supply and demand,and bringing significant economic benefits to the commercial area.
