能耗分析在建筑工程电气节能设计中的应用研究

摘  要:以江苏省南京市某民用高层建筑为研究对象,运用IIT智能分析方法,研究建筑物的能耗逐月分布情况。结果表明,建筑物的电气实际用电量与IIT方法计算耗电量呈现显著的多波峰特征,用电高峰出现在6月至9月和12月至次年2月。实际用电量与IIT方法计算耗电量的平均误差系数和均方根误差系数均在精度范围内,表明IIT方法计算结果具有足够的精度,能够较好地反映实际情况。针对能耗分析结果,结合能耗用量最大的用电分项和用气分项以及能耗峰值月份出现的时间,在电气设计中提出了使用高效节能电器与照明系统、智能电力管理系统、可再生能源利用、高效燃气设备、智能控制系统等设计方法。Taking a civil high-rise building in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as the research object,the IIT intelligent analysis method is used to study the monthly distribution of building energy consumption.The results show that the actual electricity consumption of the building and the calculated electricity consumption by the IIT method exhibit a significant multi-peak feature,with electricity consumption peaks occurring from June to September and from December to the following February.The average error coefficient and root mean square error coefficient between the actual electricity consumption and the calculated electricity consumption by the IIT method are both within the precision range,indicating that the calculation results of the IIT method have sufficient precision and can reflect the actual situation well.In view of the energy consumption analysis results,combined with the time when the peak energy consumption months appear and the electricity and gas sub-items with the largest energy consumption,the following design methods are proposed in the electrical design:using high-efficiency energy-saving electrical appliances and lighting systems,intelligent power management systems,renewable energy utilization,high-efficiency gas equipment,and intelligent control systems.
