摘 要:智能化是提升居住品质与物业管理水平的关键路径。为提升城市住宅小区的管理效率与居住安全,文章介绍了城市住宅小区在设备管理与监控、物业门禁控制与防盗预警、小区信息网络建设等方面的智能化实践内容,并深入分析了智能化手段如何优化物业管理流程、增强安全防范能力并促进信息互通。结果表明,实施智能化管理后,小区设备维护更加及时高效,门禁与防盗系统显著增强了居民的安全感,信息网络建设则促进了社区服务的便捷化与个性化,整体管理成效显著。Intelligentization is a key pathway to enhancing the quality of living and the level of property management.To improve the management efficiency and living safety of urban residential communities,this article introduces intelligent practices in equipment management and monitoring,property access control and theft warning,and community information network construction.It also deeply analyzes how intelligent means can optimize property management processes,enhance security prevention capabilities,and promote information interoperability.The results show that after the implementation of intelligent management,community equipment maintenance has become more timely and efficient,access control and theft prevention systems have significantly enhanced residents'sense of security,and information network construction has promoted the convenience and personalization of community services,with significant overall management effectiveness.
