“两山”理念融入地方高校人才培养路径探究

摘  要:随着我国生态文明建设的深入推进,“两山”理念已成为引领中国经济社会发展的重要指导思想。作为人才培养的重要摇篮,如何培养出“生态型”的高素质人才是新时代地方高校人才培养面临的重要课题。文章在深入分析“两山”理念内涵的基础上,剖析了“两山”理念融入地方高校人才培养的难点及原因,提出应将“两山”理念真正融入地方高校人才培养的全过程,全面构建起学科专业生态化、人才培养生态化、科学研究生态化、社会服务生态化、校园建设生态化和大学文化生态化的具有“两山”特色的专业人才培养体系,为社会培养出具有“两山”理念和生态文明素养的高素质人才。With the in-depth advancement of ecological civilization construction in China,the“Two Mountains”concept has become an important guiding ideology leading China’s economic and social development.As crucial cradles for talent cultivation,local universities face a significant challenge in the new era:how to cultivate“ecologically-oriented”high-quality talents.Based on an in-depth analysis of the connotation of the“Two Mountains”concept,this paper examines the difficulties and reasons behind integrating this concept into the talent cultivation of local universities. It argues that the“Two Mountains”concept should be effectivelyincorporated into the entire process of talent cultivation in local universities. By doing so,the universities cancomprehensively establish a specialized talent cultivation system with“Two Mountains”characteristics can becomprehensively established,characterized by ecological disciplines and majors,ecological talent cultivation,ecological scientific research,ecological social services,ecological campus construction,and ecologicaluniversity culture. They can cultivate high-quality talents with the“Two Mountains”philosophy and ecologicalcivilization literacy for society.
