摘 要:以某可调式空气引射器为研究对象建立了有限元模型,基于Workbench软件,首先对内部流场进行数值模拟,分析了弯管和封头结构对引射器流场特性的影响,再通过稳态耦合计算,研究了引射器的耦合变形及应力分布,最后对引射器强度进行评定。结果表明:曲率半径为3 D的弯头内工作流体流动更均匀;锥形封头可以使两股流体更快混合,并有助于提升引射效率;该引射器在热流固耦合下的最大变形量为0.27mm,应力主要集中于喷嘴位置,最大应力值为311.8MPa,对比流固耦合下的应力分布,发现热载荷是造成应力的主要因素;经过强度评定,设备不会发生强度失效。本研究为可调式引射器的结构设计和强度分析提供了指导。Taking an adjustable air ejector as the research object,a finite element model is established,and based on the Workbench software,firstly,numerical simulation is carried out for the internal flow field to analyze the influence of the bends and the head structure on the flow characteristics of the ejector,and then,through the steady-state coupling calculations,the coupling deformation and the distribution of stress of the ejector are investigated,and finally,the strength of the ejector is evaluated.The results show that:the working fluid flow is more uniform in the elbow with a radius of curvature of 3D;the tapered head can make the two fluids mix faster and help to improve the ejection efficiency;the maximum deformation of this ejector under the thermo-fluid-solid coupling is 0.27 mm,and the stresses are mainly concentrated in the position of the nozzle,with the maximum stress value of 311.8 MPa.Comparing thestress distribution under fluid-solid coupling,it is found that the thermal load is the main factor causing the stress;after the strength evaluation,the equipment will not experience strength failure.This study provides guidance for the structural design and strength analysis of adjustable ejectors.
