摘 要:基于浸没边界法对某汽轮机阀门进行流场数值模拟计算,通过研究阀门从全开到全关过程中阀内流域的流线、压力以及流量系数、流阻系数等的变化,同时应用基于有限体积法的流体计算结果与之对比分析来辩证讨论阀门的流场特性。结果表明,基于浸没边界法计算的流量系数明显大于基于有限体积法计算的流量系数,且基于浸没边界法计算的流阻系数明显小于基于有限体积法计算的流阻系数,因此基于浸没边界法下计算的流场压损更小,通流能力更强。不同的阀门开度对应不同的机组运行负荷,对阀门的流场特性均有不同程度影响。The numerical simulation of flow field of a steam turbine valve is carried out based on the submerged boundary method.The flow field characteristics of the valve are discussed dialectically by studying the changes of flow line,pressure,flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient in the valve basin during the process from full opening to full closing,and by comparing the results of fluid calculation based on the finite volume method.The results show that the flow coefficient calculated based on the submerged boundary method is significantly larger than that calculated based on the finite volume method,and the flow resistance coefficient calculated based on the submerged boundary method is obviously smaller than that calculated based on the finite volume method.Therefore,the flow field pressure loss calculated based on the submerged boundary method is smaller and the flow passing ability is stronger.Different valve openings correspond to different unit operating loads and have different degrees of influence on valve flow field characteristics.
