摘  要:固体颗粒冲蚀是超超临界汽轮机面临的关键问题,限制了超超临界汽轮机的出力。基于欧拉-拉格朗日法,采用单耦合离散粒子模型模拟超超临界汽轮机调节级内气固两相流动,分析了反弹系数对调节级叶片冲蚀破坏的影响。结果显示,发生严重冲蚀的粒子尺寸范围为40μm~60μm之间。随着反弹系数的增加,叶片整体冲蚀程度并不是逐渐增强的,然而叶片局部冲蚀程度会加重,即叶片无量纲轴向位置为l_(d)=0.66~0.78处,且粒子撞击角度变化对于固体颗粒冲蚀特性有着严重的影响。Solid particle erosion is a key problem faced by ultra-supercritical steam turbines,which limits the output of ultra-supercritical steam turbines.Based on the Euler-Lagrange method,and the one-way coupled dispersed particle model is used to simulate the steam-solid two-phase flow in the governing stage of ultra-supercritical steam turbine,the effect of rebound coefficient on erosion damage of governing stage blade is analyzed.Results show that the serious erosion occurs in the range of 40μm-60μm.With the increase of restitution coefficient,the overall erosion degree of blade does not increase gradually,but at least the local erosion degree increases,which occurs at dimensionless axial position l_(d)=0.66-0.78 and the change of particle impact angle caused by restitution coefficients plays an important role in solid particle erosion.
